Private Shuttles
- Times – 6:30 am, 7:15 am, 8:00 am, 12:45 pm, 1:30 pm 2:15 pm, 4:15 pm, 6:15 pm, 8:30 pm
- Duration – 45 minutes
- Price – $300
- Max Passengers and Cargo – 6 passengers + cargo not to exceed 1200 lbs
Other Notes – Private shuttle rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The reservation begins at the dock at the time specified and ends with the boat returning back at the dock 45 minutes later. If you need additional time you can purchase back-to-back timeslots without needing to return to the dock in between.
General Seating Shuttles
- Transport TO SHIP – 8:45 am, 10:40 am, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm
- Transport TO LAND – 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 3:20 pm, 5:20 pm, 7:20 pm
- Duration – Approximately 15 minutes
- Price – $55/person; includes 1 carry-on bag + 1 personal item
- Additional Baggage – $20/ticket; 1 oversized item (such as large luggage or a cooler) OR 1 carry-on plus 1 personal item OR 3 personal items
- Max Passengers Per Shuttle – 6
Other Notes–General seating shuttle rides are 1 way and must be scheduled by 3:00 PM the day they are needed AND at least 2 hours in advance.
If you book online less than 2 hours before your scheduled trip time, you may not actually get on the schedule at all and this may happen without notice.
There is a 2 person minimum charge for all general seating shuttle trips so solo passengers should be advised that they will be charged a second seat at the time of departure if there are no other passengers for that ride time. Failure to pay the additional seat charge will result in a forfeiture of their scheduled ticket without a refund.
All trip times are subject to availability and may be delayed anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes depending on passenger volume, weather conditions or other factors. The captain will notify you in advance if there is a delay expected.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure as rides from the dock leave at the time specified! If you’re driving from Miami, give yourself at least an additional 2 hours for traffic delays.
Be prepared to depart at the time specified, the boat will not wait for you! There is only a short amount of time allotted for loading and unloading so have your items packed and ready to go or you will be left behind and not entitled to a refund.

- Parking: There is free parking in front of and around our dock location.
- Free Overnight Parking: There is free overnight street parking on Eisenhower Dr. next to the marina.
- Paid Garage Parking: There is a pay-to-park garage on the corner of Grinnell St and Caroline St, approximately 0.5 miles from the marina.
Missed Rides, Refunds and Rescheduling
Tickets are non-refundable but are able to be rescheduled up to 24 hour before departure for General Seating shuttles and up to 48 hours before departure for Private shuttles. To reschedule a trip, please send an email to info@s2skeywest.com and include the first and last name, date and time of your current reservation that you want to change and the new date and time you would like to book.
Tickets WILL NOT be refunded or rescheduled if you cannot make your trip in time, regardless of the reasons.
